Clinical record

Every session, signed and in its place.

Write the progress note in minutes, not at night. It is signed and kept in chronological order.

  • Signed and chronological

Every progress note is signed, in the order it happened.

  • Context before you start

You see the previous sessions in the file before the next one.

  • Clarifying notes

What is signed is never edited: it is corrected with a clarifying note.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit a note once it is signed?

No. What is signed is never edited: it is corrected with a clarifying note.

Does Vínculo comply with Resolución 1995 de 1999?

Vínculo is built on what the resolution asks for: a chronological record, a signature on every note, corrections by clarifying note and 15 years of retention. You fill in the record; Vínculo gives you the format and keeps the register.

What happens to my records if I stop paying?

They are never deleted. They are kept for the 15 years the law requires, and the full export stays available whether or not you are up to date.
