No one you have not authorised. Your account opens with your password, and you can turn on two-factor so it also asks for a code from your phone. Your records are not stored on the computer, so whoever uses or repairs it will not find them there. Your data travels and is stored encrypted, and every access to a record is logged.
What do I pay after the trial?
The Profesional plan costs COP 79,000 a month and Esencial COP 49,000, VAT included. We never charge per patient and there is no lock-in. If you pay the annual plan in your first 7 trial days, the first year costs you COP 474,000 instead of COP 948,000.
Does Vínculo comply with Resolución 1995 de 1999?
Vínculo is built on what the resolution asks for: a chronological record, a signature on every note and corrections by clarifying note. And it keeps the record for 15 years, the term Resolución 839 de 2017 sets. You complete the record; Vínculo gives you the format and keeps the trail.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It is not deleted. It is kept for the 15 years the law requires, and the full export stays available whether or not you are up to date.
Can the AI write into the clinical record on its own?
No. The AI proposes a draft and the text only enters the record when you tap «Usar». You review and sign. If you don't want it, you don't use it.
